Doylestown roofer GraniteRise adds roof installation for homes and businesses
GraniteRise All Pro Roofing Service of Doylestown said it now offers roof installation for residential and commercial properties.

A Doylestown roofing company has added full roof installation to the work it takes on for property owners in Pennsylvania.
GraniteRise All Pro Roofing Service said roof installation is now part of its current operations, covering both residential and commercial buildings as well as new construction and existing structures. The company operates from 23 Easthill Dr, Doylestown, PA 18901, and handles scheduling and service coordination through its administrative office.
According to the company, installation jobs can include taking off older roofing systems when that is needed, preparing roof decking, and putting down materials chosen for a building's design and exposure to the elements. Work is scheduled after a site assessment that records roof dimensions, slope, drainage paths and existing structural conditions, with those findings used to set timelines and figure material quantities.
Residential projects generally cover single-family homes and multi-unit properties, while commercial work may involve flat or low-slope systems. The company said each job follows a documented workflow meant to keep projects consistent.
"Roof installation is a critical phase in the life cycle of any structure, and our objective is to follow defined installation standards and material specifications on every project. This work is approached with attention to manufacturer guidelines, safety requirements, and documented inspection steps," said Pete Letushko, Owner, GraniteRise All Pro Roofing Service.
The addition sits alongside other service lines the company keeps running, including roof repair and replacement, gutter installation with guard systems, roof inspections and storm damage repair. Inspections are used to document conditions before and after installation jobs, and records may include photographs, measurements and notes on how materials performed. Those files are kept and can be pulled up later during maintenance or repair work.
After severe weather, the company said installation or replacement may be recommended depending on how extensive the damage is, with decisions based on observable conditions. Gutters and gutter guards are installed after roof work is finished so they match final dimensions and slope, or can be ordered on their own.
